Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for any Procoal products upon receiving the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorisation). To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RMA number obtained from an Procoal Customer Service representative.
Product MUST be ¾ full in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Return Refunds and Store Credits
We will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original purchase amount for any item that you return, if received within 30 days of the purchase date. Between 30-60 days from the purchase date, you will receive your refund in the form of a store credit. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If it is beyond 60 days from the purchase date we will not accept the return. It takes up to 10-14 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
